Founder League is a program operated by Natural AI, Inc. (“Natural,” “we,” “us”). We are committed to safeguarding your personal and sensitive health data. We collect only the data we need to operate the program: to identify participants, retrieve the WHOOP metrics you authorize, and display rankings on a public leaderboard. This Privacy Policy describes the data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account and Identity Data (information that identifies you, such as your name and email address, received from your WHOOP profile, together with program details such as your team, company, or role).
• Health and Biometric Data (sensitive physiological information retrieved from WHOOP with your authorization, including your recovery score, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, respiratory rate, sleep, daily strain, and workouts).
• Authorization Data (the access and refresh tokens issued by WHOOP, which we store in encrypted form, together with connection status and the technical and log data necessary to operate and secure the service).

How We Use Your Data

Founder League does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for any commercial purpose, including advertising. We use your data to:

• create and maintain your participant profile;
• retrieve, store, and process the WHOOP metrics you authorize;
• calculate rankings and publicly display leaderboards and aggregate statistics, as described below; and
• operate, secure, and improve the Founder League program.

Public Display of Your Data

Founder League is a public-facing program. By connecting your WHOOP account, you consent to the public display of your name and other personal data, including your Health and Biometric Data, on the Founder League leaderboard. This information is visible to anyone able to access the leaderboard and may be indexed by search engines. Not all data we collect is displayed; certain metrics are used only to calculate scores. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described in Your Rights.

How We Protect Your Data

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and sensitive credentials, including your WHOOP tokens, are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We operate on secured cloud infrastructure and restrict access to authorized systems and personnel.

How We Share Your Data

We receive and share your data only as follows:

• WHOOP (your health data originates from WHOOP under your authorization and is subject to WHOOP’s own privacy policy and terms).
• Service Providers (we use hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations).
• Legal Requirements (we may disclose data where required by law).

Data Retention and Disposal

Founder League retains your data only for as long as we need it to operate the program. We delete your health and biometric data at the conclusion of the program, or earlier upon your request or when you disconnect, except where limited retention may be required by law.

Your Rights

You have the following rights over your data:

• Access (you may ask to see the data we hold about you).
• Deletion (you may request deletion of your account and associated data).
• Disconnection (you may disconnect Founder League from your WHOOP account at any time through your WHOOP settings, which stops Founder League from receiving your WHOOP data and removes you from the leaderboard).
• Withdrawal of Public Display (you may request that your data no longer appear on the public leaderboard).
